We do not offer an exchange. Only a return and refund are available.
A return is accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
To request a return, you must provide an opening video of the package (unboxing video) as proof. Without this, the return will not be accepted.
We may contact you for a confirmation call to verify your personal details before processing your order.
Once the order is confirmed and placed, no changes can be made to the product model, design, or customer details.
We accept only prepaid orders on our website.
Since all orders are prepaid, no cancellation is allowed after placing the order.
