  • To request a return, you must provide an opening video of the package (unboxing video) as proof. Without this, the return will not be accepted.

  • Once the order is confirmed and placed, no changes can be made to the product model, design, or customer details.
  • We accept only prepaid orders on our website.
  • Since all orders are prepaid, no cancellation is allowed after placing the order.
